With 500 meters to Eriksgården Fjällhotell and 800 meters to Coop, there are restaurants, groceries and entertainment within walking distance. The cross-country track passes by over the plot and directly from the farm you get out on nice snowmobile trails. The charming cottage is 24 sqm and houses a fresh hall, bathroom and living room with kitchen, wood burning stove and 120 cm bed and sofa bed. The property is limited to 2 persons.
