The cozy house is 15 minutes to Jefferson and West Jefferson 3 minutes to Shatley spring restaurant 5 minutes to RiverHouse restaurant 15 to red dog restaurant so much to do in Ashe. When you want to relax you are able to sit and enjoy the view from the back porch and listen to the river, enjoy all kinds of birds sing. This place is a beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable. there’s no access to the river but ask me and I know a lot of places where you can go ad fish or get in tothe River!

**HURRICANE NOTE: Wifi connection has been lost due to Hurricane Helene amd should be restored by Oct. 6. Hot water heater broken until Oct. 3** Our 3600 square foot, three story home on the New River was one of the highest occupancy vacation rentals in Boone for years while we lived overseas. There is plenty of space in this large home. Propane gas fuel HVAC system for winter and air conditioning for the summer. Great home for family gatherings. Pets Welcome no extra charge.
