Large Double Room with en-suite bathroom in lovely farm house with very friendly hosts. The house is situated close to the A24 Nr Kingsfold and just 25 minutes away from Gatwick Airport. There are 3 lovely local pubs nearby and the Surrey hills are just few miles away with Leith Hill Tower (the 2nd highest point in the South East of England) visible from your room. Guests must have a their own means of transport to stay and vacate the property daily between 11am and 3pm so we may shop and clean!

We can offer safe storage for bicycles, Motor bikes. Horsham offers great shopping, East Street is full of lovely restaurants. We are a few mins walk from a lovely park with leisure facilities, live music in the summer and lovely walks. Our rooms are particularly favoured by business traveller as our package offers parking wifi and excellent accommodation. Check in is between 3-6pm (if you know you are unable to meet this, let us know, we will be flexible if we can. Check out is 9am.
