We are a short walk to the villages of Hambledon and Brook as well as King Edwards School. The estates of Goodwood and Cowdray are less than 30mins drive from us perfect for attending events.

Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
