Gorgeous studio barn with high ceilings located in a quiet location with your own private access to a peaceful sunny dog-fenced orchard for your use. There is a sitting room area with a little Everhot stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower and a mezzanine bedroom with a handmade bed with beautiful linen and a down duvet. Close to Clare, Bury, Newmarket and Long Melford with walks on the doorstep. Please note I live on the property too so you will see me and my dogs.

The house dates from 1570 and is the former Dairy Farm for the Ickworth Estate. Guests can easily walk into the Park from the house. The room is on the top floor and features beams and windows on both sides. The house is 200 metres off the road, down a drive. It is situated less than three miles from the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Although we don't provide breakfast, a toaster, with bread, butter and home-made marmalade is provided as well as tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice.

A quiet friendly family home. private room with ensuite. Single bed, tv, chest of drawers, wet room ( shower, basin, heated towel rail, toilet). patio doors open out to a decked seating area surrounded by an enclosed, peaceful, spacious garden. Lovely village and a very warm welcome received at the local medieval pub.
