Private room close to everything
The place is very quiet, close to I 35 and George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within a half mile. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mile from the house. Ground transportation 5 minutes walk.
Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom.
Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday with bleach.
I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.

Quiet Neighborhood! My place is about 20 minutes from both the DFW the Love Field airport. You’ll love my place because of the location. K-Town is 1 mile from us. Full of Korean shopping and many restaurants. We are 1.9mi off DART Rail Green Line. This rail goes into downtown Dallas, has a Love Field stop, market center, Deep Ellum and you can make a transfer to DFW airport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
