Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

Superfast uncapped Fibre Internet 50/50 Mbps The space was designed by my Architect to give an inner city industrial loft feel. The usage of space was one of the most important factors as is evident in the design. Guests have access to the whole apartment & a secure underground parking bay (Sec 57) I stay close by so will attend to requests made but for the most part, this is a self- catering apartment for independent guests. Please don't hesitate to ask should you need info about the city or places to visit. The loft is located on Bree Street—the new and trendiest street in Cape Town. It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town. Hop on Hop Off City Sightseeing Buses. Many shops, bars, restaurants are walking distance from the apartment. WIFI & SATELLITE TELEVISION (DSTV) PROVIDED Other items provided: Hairdryer, Fan, Heater. This 137m2 2 bedroom apartment is city central where concrete jungle meets Danish delight. It is a comfy, light and open space where you will be spoilt with a view, the perfect location to relax and unwind either by yourself , partner or friends. I offer my full 2 bedroom aparmtent, and have full access to the apartments amenities. As a guest you will have full access to the entire apartment and access to a parking bay. Make yourself at home and enjoy my home. As I have mentioned I am moving overseas but have decide to keep my home on Airbnb, however I will still stay in contact with you regarding booking, questions and queries. I will happily suggest places to visit, eat at and activitiaes to do. I have arranged that someone will meet you to let you in and if you need any personal help on your visit The apartment is on the vibrant busy and ever-changing Greenmarket Square. Within a few blocks is a food lover's market for groceries, as well as infamous Long Street which is skirted with bars, coffee shops, and nightlife. One block away is the city sightseeing stop and office. Long Street and Adderley Street has multiple MyCiti Bus stops, 4 blocks away is the Cape Town Train station for buses and trains. Ther are cab services around where I can give you a number for or Uber is really convenient way to get around.

It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.
