This handcrafted dwelling, made by the owner, is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill near the church.

Lee Copse Cottage nestles peacefully in the grounds of the owner’s own home which includes over 2 acres of wonderful natural woodland, carpeted during the changing seasons with primroses, violets and bluebells, where guests are welcome to roam and enjoy the wildlife. This is a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings in a secluded setting. Being on a hillside, Lee Copse is approached by a steep driveway and path. There is plenty of turning and parking space on site.
