Beautiful, huge, very Parisian

I own this beautiful apartment and I live in it . But I travel often, sometimes for a few days, sometimes for weeks and I update this website regularly with dates of availibility. ( see the calendar) The appartment is in the 19th arrondissement, very close to the Canal de l'Ourcq and it has 3 metro lines downstairs ( 2,5,7), and buses too . It is close to two main international train station ( Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est ) and well located for getting to Charles de Gaulle Airport . It is a great and trendy parisian area. No famous monuments but very lively with lots of cinemas, cafes, restaurants on the water. The traditionnal touristic areas like champs Elysee or Saint Germain des Pres are at a 15mn metro ride. Montmartre is close. The appartment is very beautiful and comfortable. It is big ( in Parisian terms) - 80 sqm - It can sleep comfortably 4 people . It has a large bedroom with a great double bed , a huge living room with 2 real single beds in it , an additional working space in the entrance of the appartment , and of course a bathroom, a kitchen and 2 toilets. It is on the 5th floor and theres a lift. It is very quiet,because all the windows open on the lovely courtyard, you dont hear the street. Theres wifi ADSL , free telephone to 50 countries - and it is well equiped with everything needed for work or rest. Minimum stay 4 nights .

Hello We rent this room with its own entrance equipped with a shower and private toilet on the landing( with views of the Eiffel Tower;-) Very pleasant and bright, unpretentious, a kettle for your breakfasts, a microwave. Safe building. A simple place to rest from a harassing rendezvous. Self check-in if needed. The building is quiet,and the room is non-smoking. It's up to you to respect these two aspects.
