The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. One garage space is used for covered fresh air dining or as a work space. Guests have access to the apartment, balconies, a garage for vehicle, and the 3rd fresh air garage space. I like to give my guests their space, but I’m always available by phone or text. This light, modern apartment is steps from Whole Foods, art galleries, restaurants, shopping, Book People, and downtown Austin.

The SoCo Cottage Collection 2 is a quiet Cottage just off South Congress. It has a bedroom with a Queen Bed and a comfortable futon couch in the living area. The space has a kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi & full bathroom. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a completely separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. There is not a reserved parking spot for this unit, however street parking is usually readily available.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip Across the street from Metro Rail. Easy train rides to downtown or Q2. Wake up above a coffee shop/ coffee roaster.
