The townhouse is centrally located in Gainesville and very close to a Publix grocery store, Butler Plaza restaurants and stores, and also close to UF. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/ dryer are on the first floor. Guests have access to the community pool as well.
