Fully equipped spacious kitchen all to yourself with cozy decorative sitting/breakfast area for 2. Recently changed to one large table so the seating area works as a desk too. Italian espresso/coffee machine, toaster, juicer, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, ironing board w/iron, plates, silverware, fancy wine and champagne glasses. 4 m2 balcony adj. to kitchen with garden table, 4 chairs, potted plants/ flowers. Wifi works out on the terrace as well.
Washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used at minimal surcharge.
If you do not need any of these amenities and are gone most of the day due to business, etc. please let me know. I will make you a special price deal.
There is a shady picknick/bbq area outside for all tenants to share, you are most welcome to use it at your leisure. There is a small playground area for toddlers in the courtyard. If you do come with a small child please bring your own travel bed.

The key is located in a key box outside of the building and you can check-in and check-out yourself.
It is a double house with not much noise insulation. We kindly ask you to be quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM.
