Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 12 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

When booking in our hotel, you will receive the WelcomCard of the Innsbruck holiday region and its holiday villages. They use bus connections free of charge from the 1st day. From the 3rd day free (or discounted) mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, etc. It is best to send the full name, birth dates, home address and passport number immediately when booking by message from each person then I can prepare the guest card and deposit it in the apartment.

This apartment is in a quiet yet very central location. Innsbruck, Seefeld, Telfs and Oberperfuss can be reached in just 15 minutes, Kühtai and Axamer Lizum in half an hour. Zirl has an excellent bus connection to Innsbruck as well as to Telfs - the bus stop is about 100 m from the accommodation. There are also grocery stores, a bakery and a drugstore in the immediate vicinity (these are also very easily accessible on foot).
