Old village house 5 km from Poreč. The house has 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette. Beautiful private garden with an outside salt pool, shower and bbq. It also has parking place protected from sunshine. Bike trail is 800 m away. The village has one playground and park. The beach is located 5km from the house. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
