This accommodation started in March 2021. We renovated all the interiors of an old house, making it a Japanese-style space with lots of character, where you can feel the warmth of the tatami mats. It is located right in front of the Yuzawa Kogen Ropeway, making it an ideal location when visiting sightseeing in Echigo Yuzawa. In winter, you can enjoy smooth slippery slopes with a shuttle bus that will take you to the nearby ski slopes (the station is right in front of you). The room is one of three private rooms available, so you can quietly relax.Small groups can accommodate up to 8 people (when using 3 rooms). We have created a delightful room with three colors so that you can feel the power of the colors. A host who loves Yuzawa loves it and will share information about the city of Yuzawa to make your trip a memorable one.

"Yuzawa Building" is open on 2019/2020 winter. It locates on east side of EchigoYuzawa station in a quiet street for only 4-minutes walk away.
