Chic Downtown Designer Apt ~ 750 sq ft.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is NO Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. We try to let you feel like we aren't even there!

This charming, upgraded 2 bedroom log cabin is just 3.5 miles from Yuba River's Purdon Crossing and 2.5 miles from Nevada City. It has a full kitchen that is well equipped., and a large deck with private hot tub beside it. Also a laundry room sits at the back of the cabin. It is a lovely open forest setting with occasional wild critters visiting. Note*: Spotty cell service. Wifi is AT&T DSL that is good for emails and such, but not for streaming or zooming.
