Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus. Excellent location, easy walk or bike access to downtown and university. Enjoy one of America's most bicycle-friends towns in a cozy (170 sq. ft) Davis bicycle-themed space. A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.
