Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is surrounded by greenery. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.

Light-flooded country house by the sea with a fireplace

In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

The house (Bj. 1838) is quietly located, in a cul-de-sac. It is only an 8 minute walk to the marina. Until the EDEKA,bakery and train station it is a 10-minute walk. The apartment Kern is renovated and has fast Wi-Fi 105 MBit. Heating is done with a geothermal pump and underfloor heating, which is available throughout the apartment, until the shower.
