This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. A private secluded lake cabin retreat north of Turtle Lake, WI. Downstairs consists of a living room w/sofa sleeper, kitchen, and bathroom, and the upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen, a bed in the open loft and 1/2 bath. Drive past grazing cows and farm fields into the woods, onto a private gravel road, and down our long winding wooded driveway to our private lake retreat! We don’t recommend visiting in winter without 4 wheel drive! Pontoon boat rental is available as an add on!

Our house is located 1.5 blocks from the lake and is less than a 10 minute drive to Lake Geneva. Featuring an outdoor hot tub, gated backyard and an amazing basement bar. Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
