The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Conveniently located for visiting the many attractions on the Fylde Coast which are easily accessed via the A584 leading to Lytham, St Annes on Sea, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. The propery has a private gated access area for parking with electric car charging facility , it has its own garden with sun loungers. There is a fully fitted kitchen diner with all built in appliances and a lounge with 55" wall mounted television and downstairs toilet and wash baison. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with french doors one with king size bed the other with a double both have wall mounted 40" televisions. The shower with toilet and wash baison is situated between both bedrooms.

We are excited to be offering our newly renovated Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. 1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Our 3 bedroom family home is fresh and bright, a real home from home. The house sleeps 5 and the open plan design provides a social setting for family and friends to enjoy. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there’s a further family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Outside there is a peaceful private garden with seating for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It is in an ideal location, a short stroll into Ormskirk town centre and well connected for Liverpool and Formby beach.
