Private Malibu Getaway with White Water Ocean Views

Fire up the barbecue on a spacious private deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This intimate and modern guest suite offers spectacular panoramic ocean views. Jump into your own private plunge pool (6’x12’) to cool off, or take a short walk to the beach. This is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in your own secret hideaway. Our place is a beautiful one bedroom multi-level modern apartment with amazing views and loud waves. It is perfect for 2 people but can accommodates up to maximum of 4 people: queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet are located on the upper level of the apartment. Bathroom has a shower cabin. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom behind the curtain. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area are on the lower level of the apartment leading to the big outside deck with the small pool. Kitchen has all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We provide light breakfast - coffee, tea, oatmeal. The pool is at the deck level, just right outside of the apartment main entry. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee of $50.00 BBQ is available, if you wish to grill something. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. We politely ask to respect our guest policy and not to have more than 4 people in the apartment. Guests that don't follow our policy will be reported to Airbnb immediately. We are located right off PCH up the hill. You can access the apartment by going down the long set of stairs along the blue railing on the left side of the property. There is plenty of free street parking at the apartment. Always available in person, via phone or text, if you need anything. The guest suite sits in the lower level of the main house on a quiet street. It's within walking distance to Duke's, Old Malibu Courthouse, and La Costa Country Mart. The house is located in eastern Malibu. Why wait - come and experience the beautiful Malibu firsthand! Many people rent a car or use a car service like Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is also available. Metro line bus #534 (bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house) takes you to downtown Malibu and Santa Monica, and from there you can transfer to the Expo train line which takes you to downtown LA and elsewhere. There are also Big Blue Bus and Culver City Bus lines available in Santa Monica. It’s almost never winter in Malibu: sunny and warm, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Malibu always offers a great escape from a busy city to enjoy the ocean, beach and sun.

Curl up with a good read by the light streaming through floor to ceiling windows and under soaring wooden beams or tuck in for the evening by closing the sliding doors inspired by Japanese screens. Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. However, we have plenty of space heaters and throw blankets to keep you warm. The house is in a secluded, wooded neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Enjoy 3 different decks on the top floor, each with a different ocean or forest view. Inside the home, you will enjoy the clean and comfortable space with luxurious touches throughout. The treehouse comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for 6. The house cannot sleep more than 6 people including children of any age. A total of 8 people can be in the house. After 8 pm additional guests need to vacate the premises. This is to ensure the continued use of our permit as well as to respect our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will send you the rental agreement shortly after booking. Guests will have access to the entire house and are free to explore this 1.5-acre wooded property. I will meet you at the property to say hello and provide you with a door code. After that, I can be reached anytime to answer questions or concerns. The house is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood next to Nicene Marks Redwood Forest State Park, just outside of the city of Santa Cruz. It's perched on top of a small valley, overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood is very quite a private - please do not disturb our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or outside amplified music. Remote, yet close to the everything that matters: - Minutes to Nisene Marks State Park - 2.5 miles to the closest dog-friendly beach - 3 miles to the Capitola Beach & Boardwalk - 8 miles to the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk - 38 miles to San Jose International airport For your safety electronic outdoor survellaince has been installed. Our neighbors are very sensitive to this Airbnb. To make sure this beautiful house continues to be available to future guests we must strictly enforce the house rules. Luxurious appointments, including the Eastern King Tempur-Pedic bed, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a 6' bathtub, and incredible expansive ocean views, make Bali Temple a one-of-a-kind destination. Bali Temple is its own self contained home. The shared laundry room is located next to the main entry door. As little or as much as my guests wish. Before I created Bali Temple, this property was a part of a Buddhist's Meditation Retreat. It still carries this peaceful and tranquil ambiance to this day! By the time my guests leave Bali Temple, they feel refreshed and renewed. This is a deeply relaxing setting.
