Downstairs: kitchen, dinning room, bedroom, living room, utility room, washer and dryer, half BR, and a full bathroom. This 4 bedroom 3 bath modern farmhouse has lots of quirks and special things hidden throughout. The downstairs offers a main suite and full bath connected, which can be private. There is an additional full bath downstairs. 3 more bedrooms are upstairs with another bathroom. Covered carport offers a 16 foot dining table with lots of extra space! And the porches! Need I say more! This home is located within 20 mins from 3 major Casinos and only minutes from Lake Charles or Jennings.
