You have top level of my house to yourself, bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, door to patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Wellington Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs. There is also the deck with amazing views over the south coast. There is a BBQ on the deck. Downstairs: We have the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Each bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Restful in Korokoro – bush, view and breakfast!

A quiet, quality place to stay, yet it's only a twelve-minute train ride from the nearest train station to Wellington. Surrounded by native bush, our property is a haven for indigenous birds, which you can often see from the house. The sunsets over the harbour are amazing and the night sky can be stunning. The whole environment is peaceful and relaxing.
