The perfect Colorado getaway! This home has a very cozy and cheerful feel when you enter through the private back gate. Slowly remodeling and improving the space! Parking onsite that fits 3 cars comfortably. The backyard is great for bbqing, dining outside, or hanging by the fire under the twinkle lights. Close to Windsor Lake Trail for a sunset walk! Trail access is just down the ally, a very short distance away! This cute bungalow home is close to everything but you still feel tucked away.

Two blocks from lake pavilion, restaurants, bars, coffee & ice cream. Walking trail around the lake is 4 houses away. Free lake & beach access. Pics show the area around home & the home. You’d never know it was built in 1904, completely renovated last year. 2 bedrooms & 1 bougie bathroom. If a soaking tub isn’t for you, the rain-head shower w/ body sprays should work!
