Beautiful Mountain Home

This is a great house built from Granite from Grandfather mountain. There has been an addition of a 500 sf Great room that is fantastic. Nice open Living and Dining area with fireplace. There is a large unfinished basement with laundry and a garage. Sits on an acre lot on a curve overlooking the mountainside with a lot of privacy. Located just a few miles from ASU campus. We require renters be at least 25 years old. Outside cameras in use. Rent stated is for up to 4 ppl. Add for more.

Creekside Studio- Cozy room, close to town w/creek

Forest hideaway nestled in the trees along a creek, yet only 1 .50 miles to Boone mall. Studio is built off our home but has a separate/locked entrance, private bath & microwave/mini fridge. The wood walls & floors, high ceiling, skylight and windows will make you feel immersed in the forest. Bathroom has heated tile floors, and a large soaking tub with shower. Expect an authentic Boone stay in the forest with a welcoming, chill and artsy vibe. Coffee and light snacks provided.

Cozy house centrally located

Two bedroom 1.5 bath remodeled brick rancher located directly across from Willow Creek Golf Course. We recently added a screened in patio in what was the former carport. Interior can best be described as cottage cozy, and the outside space boasts a backyard patio, fire pit, and large empty lot for play space. The master bedroom has one queen bed. The second bedroom has one twin and one roll away bed. The sectional sofa is very large and can be used to accommodate a fifth guest.

The Alpine A is a solar powered structure on a lean-to roof, built by Gary from the show "Mountain Men" on History Channel. A deck with gas firepit, small grill, a couple folding chairs. Inside is a small living room, kitchenette, toilet room, shower room, queen size bed, twin size bed in the loft, the couch is a futon sleeper.
