Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Welcome to Biot, the beautiful medieval village. Our detached house (full foot +/- 60 m2) is ideally located due south in front of a green area, high above a hill overlooking the beautiful hilly area of the Côte d 'Azur offering a splendid view of the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of the sea.
