Chic Big House in a Trendy Area, Amazing Garden, Outdoor Tub

End a perfect day by sharing a bottle of local wine in a private garden surrounded by high vine-covered walls. Choose among many places to relax and read in this cool, industrial-chic house. Cook meals in a family kitchen and have a barbecue dinner at the garden table. The house is built in two floors. The first one includes the living-room, kitchen-dinning room with a patio and a view to the garden planted with trees, there is where the barbacue and mini pool are located. One suite with king size bed. Laundry and garage. The second floor is where the master room is located with a king size bed, with on suite bathroom with jacuzzi and exit to the terrace. there are also two guest bedrooms that share a bathroom, with one queen bed or two singles beds as you required. In the second floor there is another living room area, more private. The kitchen is fully equiped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) but don't forget that the city's best restaurants are just steps away, should you choose to eat in, you can choose between an indoor dinning area and for extra options as well as an outdoor patio or the barbacue area in the quiet garden. The garden is an oasis inside a big city like Buenos Aires, you can enjoy the nature and rest. All rooms are truly spacious and delicately designed so as to provide a great comfort. This is more than just a home away from home, it is a place where you can rest and reivingorate. Early Check-In (between 11am to 4pm) or late Check-out (between 11am to 4pm) You must notify in advance, are subject to the house being available and have a extra cost (200 dollars) If you arrive early or leave late we can arrange to store you luggage. A gorgeous house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, 5 blocks from vibrant Palemo Soho Plaza Serrano. As you enter the house on the ground floor there is a hall, then a nice living room with fireplace, plus dining room, all looking to a nice courtyard full of plants, with a barbecue. The kitchen and a toilett complete the ground floor and then a staircase brings you to the bedrooms. On the 1st floor the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtube. Other 2 bedrooms might have one queen or 2 twin beds . There is another full bathroom with an open prebathroom, 2 lavatories, and a bathtube. Finally there is an office that could also be a 4th bedroom with 2 twin bed. On the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous playroom, 2 nice terraces with tables and sunbeds to hang out in the sun and a small bathroom with shower, plus laundry including washing machine and dryer. The house easily accommodates 8 persons, up to 10 considering 2 beds in the playroom. There is Wi Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living and dining room and playroom. And 2 LCDs 32” TV with cable, between other services. Maid service: 8 hours a week.

Beautiful old three story house built in 1923 On the ground floor there is the living room dining room, kitchen, small patio , bathroom with shower and toilet Climbing the stairs, in the mezzanine, is the second full bathroom and on the next floor there are two bedrooms with a queen bed and air conditioning and a living room with a sofa bed with 2 single beds We continue upstairs and arrive at the deck terrace with an office area and libraries where you will find an immense variety of books.
