Close to heaven for artists and nature lovers. Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Extensive gardens, 30' private guest porch overlooking sandy beach and natural swimming vortex. 4 kayaks, firepit on river's edge, rope hammocks on riverbank. Please read all below: We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and sups. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!

Beautiful completely furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a private driveway and deck. It is located along the west river where every summer you can go tubing, swimming, or kayaking. Across the river is a bike/walking path that leads right to the Marina restaurant on Putney Rd in Brattleboro. Bakery/café, Art Gallery and Retreat Farm all close by. A half hour from skiing and 5 min away from snowmobile trails. A gorgeous view of the river and mountain across the street .
