Light airy studio home with loft bedroom.. Fully furnished in Historic District. 1930 Tudor Cottage. Close to beach, movies, Starbucks, restaurants, Channel Islands harbor and Ventura harbors for boat tours, transit etc. PARKING: There is a space to park in driveway HOWEVER IT IS A BIT STEEP. A regular car that sits low will scrape. Crossovers SUV trucks no problem. Please do not book it if you’re not sure and driveway parking is a must. Your stay will not be refunded.
