On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

Beautiful house by Swedens largest Nature Reserve

You will enjoy the closness to nature with fantastic views and good fishing waters. The house is just by the lake Uman, where the rowingboat with an electric engine is waiting to be used. In the lake there is trout, rainbowtrout, chare, bass, grayling and pike. Next to the house there is a nice stream with good trout fishing. You can also go bery picking for blueberrys, lingon cloudberrys or mushrooms. We can house couples, families with children, bigger grops and adventurers and pets.

If you want to stay spacious with proximity to both city and nature, this is the place for you. Nearby are both Sagotjärns playground, Grössjöns Nature Reserve and Umeå City. Just 1 km away (walking path) is Nydalasjön. There is a walking path around the entire lake of about 8.5 km. Several sandy beaches and various activities (high altitude court, bike park, umelagun, beach volleyball court) can be found around the lake. Cozy house of 110 sqm in the middle of Glommersträsk. Fantastic view from the balcony and behind the house you have Glommersträsk mountain with barbecue area on top, even up there beautiful views! Hike in the wilderness, listen to the silence or fish and swim in all beautiful lakes – from here you go with refilled energy depots. In the village there is a grocery store, gas station, outdoor pool for children + adults (100 meters from the house) and very helpful people.
