Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old barn building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in old seaside hotel style in 1930. We live in the farmhouse on the property, at the end of a quiet dirt road, with lovely tranquility and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, dwarf goats, chickens, cats and dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia, and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

Cottage is located on quiet road, close to playground and dinghy harbor. The cabin's 30 sqm has been renovated over the last few years and appears neat and cozy. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, heat pump and wood-burning stove in the house. It is about 2 km to Bork Havn and 500 meters to Bork Vikinghavn. Many nice bike rides in the area, such as path along Ringkoping Fjord north of Bork Harbor (heart path). There are 4 bikes behind the summerhouse for free use (2 junior and 2 adults). Lovely cottage only 900 meters from the North Sea beach and 100 meters from the forest. On chilly days, the burning stove creates a warm coziness throughout the house for board game mosquitoes or reading indoors. On warm days, the large terrace and private garden can be used for outdoor activities. It's a great walk through the woods and dunes to the beach from the cottage. It often comes - several times weekly - deer in the garden, as the house is close to the wildlife areas. Final cleaning is included in the price!
