This spacious basement studio flat is located in a very beautiful area of Valletta. Subterranean flat enjoys a lot of natural light, cosy and optimal temperature. Guests have their own floor at -1, enjoying total privacy. The studio flat is really spacious so you will not have any problem to relax in the apartment even if you are more than 2 people. Although at basement level, the place enjoys a lot of natural light since our house is fully-detached. Cooking is not possible.

Comfy studio penthouse on a panoramic harbour

My place is a studio penthouse on top of a harbor few meters away from the beach, restaurants, parks for nice walk in nature, good transportation, coffee shops and close to other famous beaches.... You`ll love my place mostly because of the large corner terrace which is overlooking a fishing harbor to enjoy some Maltese culture and panoramic views. My place is good for young couples, solo adventures and business travelers.

My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
