A cosy 14 m2 ski apartment for two people with 1 star comfort rating in the Tommeuses building next to the slopes in a quiet area of Tignes Val Claret. You can ski from and to the front door of the building! Shops, restaurants, ski schools and ski hire providers are nearby. The ski lifts are 100 metres from the building. On one side there is the Tufs chairlift which takes you to the slopes of Val d'Isère and on the other side the funicular providing access to the Grande Motte glacier.

Located in the center of the resort, 5 minutes' walk from the slopes, and 50 meters from a free shuttle stop, you will appreciate the proximity to the lake and the mountains. Bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and small shops nearby. Parking available at the foot of the apartment in summer. Quiet location, and balcony with amazing view.

Excellent location, quiet, at the foot of the slopes (-10m), bright by its South East exposure and its many windows, not overlooked. The balcony of the living room directly overlooks the snow garden (ESF and Marmoton Club) and the chairlift connecting with Val d 'Isere. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the residence Les Tommeuses in Val Claret.

Charming Studio with balcony in quiet residence

Charming renovated studio of 21 m² with sunny balcony located in Tignes le Lavachet (5 min walk from Tignes le Lac) in a small very quiet residence on the 2nd floor, close to shops and restaurants. In summer, the resort is very lively with Bike Park and Lake. In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope to start (free ski lift).

Studio for two with balcony equipped with a kitchenette, a pull-out bed allowing for a comfortable sofa and a bed of 140x200cm as well as plenty of storage, and a shower room. A TV and a combined oven are available in the accommodation. A ski room is available for you. The apartment does not have Wifi, but it is possible to rent a wifi key at the house of Tignes.
