Trendy, Charming Bungalow in Knox-Henderson

Located in the lively and walkable Knox- Henderson neighborhood, this renovated home built in 1927 has some original charm with updated conveniences. Start your day off with a coffee in our perfect screened-in porch that overlooks our unique zen garden and backyard oasis. Cook in our modern and updated kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, gas stove and beautiful Quartz countertops. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch that converts to a double bed, 42" Smart TV with cable, extra seating, and books and games for entertainment. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom on a luxurious queen memory foam bed, with 32" Smart TV, large closet, side lamps with USB ports and access to the backyard. The smaller, second bedroom includes a day bed with trundle - great for kids!- as well as a desk with comfortable chair to use as a workspace. The gorgeous bathroom includes a large soaking tub with moveable shower handle, plush towels and bathrobes and hair dryer! Guests have full use of the home and it's amenities. Text or Call hosts at anyt The house is set two blocks from Henderson Avenue and Lower Greenville, which boast some of Dallas' hottest bars and restaurant. Take a stroll to Velvet Taco for Mexican fare, then head to Candleroom to dance the night away. Uber & Lyft are the most convenient way to get around town without your own transportation. There are LIME BIKES parked all over the city that you can rent via app for $1/hour. There are also 3 DART stops within 5 minutes walk- all off Henderson- that will take you into downtown or can link you to a rail station nearby to get to your destination. There is a keypad entry on the front door so no need to keep track of a set of keys. The home has an alarm system for additional piece of mind and if you're comfortable using it, we can supply a personal code to use during your stay. Also, Monday is our trash and recycle day. Someone will come by (outside only) to take to curb early that morning.

Charming Home in the Heart of Uptown Dallas

After you are done exploring, dine at one of the many renown restaurants in the neighborhood or grab a drink at Dallas's hippest cocktail lounge, Parliament. Spacious layout, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, hi-speed Wi-Fi, SlingTV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, Espn+, and private 2-car garage. Centrally located and close to everything! LIVING SPACE: 60" TV with Directtv, Sofa and Love-seat, fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials, half bathroom on the second floor BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with a full bathroom for each. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with fresh, clean linens and a plush mattress and pillows. The upstairs master also has a super comfy pull out sofa queen bed. A queen size auto-inflate mattress is available as well. It is 22" deep and can easily fit 2 person. Let us know before arrival so that we can set it up! You will have full access to our entire home, including access to a private-attached two car garage. We are always available if needed. The neighborhood boasts a Walk Score of 90, a stone's throw away from Whole Foods and great restaurants and bars. Nearby parks include Griggs Park, Sammons Park, and Klyde Warren Park. Centrally located to everything, you can walk or use the M line trolley to get around uptown and downtown for free. Uber is available and convenient or you can also drive and park in the home’s attached 2 car garage. Rental bikes and scooters are also scattered throughout the State and Thomas neighborhood. The *free* McKinney Avenue Trolley is a few blocks away. It can take you all around Uptown for free. Uber and Lyft is also available. Modern, Dog Friendly Apartment with a Private Patio

Pour a cup of coffee, grab one of the many books about Dallas on the living room shelf, and have a seat on the sunny patio to plan a day of exploring. Concrete floors and modern furnishings conjure a radiant, energized aura within this apartment. The front yard, private courtyard, and of course the unit itself. There is nothing else onsite to have access to. The apartment is attached to our main house but separated you the garage so there are no adjoining walls. We see most of the guests in the drive way coming and going but it’s very private otherwise. Located in the Cityplace neighborhood between Uptown and Knox-Henderson, you are minutes away from Downtown, Oak Lawn, East Dallas, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum as well as Highland Park and North Park Mall. Biking would be easy but I wouldn’t attempt to walk to any of the restaurant or shopping areas. They are close but a bit more than a walk. We have private parking dedicated to the air bnb unit. There is also plenty of street parking always readily available. The apartment is attached to my main house. Typically we are gone on the weekends but always available via phone or text. It is completely separate from our house and has a key box for easy entry. The location is amazing. Its blocks from Lower Greenville, blocks from Knox/Henderson area, minutes from downtown and Deep Ellum, located in Uptown Dallas just behind Uptown LA Fitness and Uptown Kroger, across the highway from West Village, and its about 5 minutes from Oak Lawn. It has easy access to Highway 75, Hwy 45 (Houston), North Texas Tollway, and Hwy 35E.

This sweet cottage is best suited for a single or couple wanting to relax and experience Dallas from a local perspective around White Rock Lake. So close to Downtown, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping and SMU. Right around the corner is a public recreation center with tennis and pickleball courts. My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard.
