This lovely popular two storey house is affordable, clean, comfortable, warm, family-friendly and spacious. It comes with free WiFi (fibre) and linen. We offer a flexible cancellation policy especially during lockdown. The house is situated on the quiet western side of town with breath taking views of the Ben Ohau ranges and surrounding mountains. It’s unique easy-living design makes it elegant yet homely. It has a large fully fenced back yard with a furnished patio area and a BBQ.

We are in the countryside, an 8-10 minute drive from Fairlie on a gravel/shingle no-exit road. This is a fantastic newly built 3 bedroom home with large open plan living on a fully fenced section with established garden. Wonderfully warm in the winter, the indoor-outdoor flow means it is cool in summer with a great wrap-around-patio that looks out to an uninterrupted view of the mountains. There is a large amount of off street parking space that will fit the boat with ease and even a outdoor fish filleting table to process the days catch.
