At the foot of Trollheimen at 800moh you will find a modern cabin of about 100sqm. Underfloor heating in 3 rooms and wood stove for extra warmth. Sauna attached to the bathroom. Cable TV and very good mobile network. Superstructured terrace and stall with outdoor furniture, fireplace pan and barbecue. The tenant leaves the cabin in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning is clarified with the landlord. Excellent hiking opportunities from the cabin, fishing waters. Open road to the cabin all year round but must go through snow about 15 m from the parking to the cabin door. Ski slopes right by the cabin.

"Lattermild" family cabin

The family cabin "Lattermild" has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views of the mountain and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/fishing, canoeing. The light trail right on the outside of the cabin. 5 min by car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min to walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Huset er 180m², har stor parkeringsplass, og er bare 15 minutter fra Kolvereid sentrum. 1.etg er fullt utstyrt med møbler og har en fantastisk utsikt over fjorden. Det er innredet stort kjøkken, spise- og tvstue, peisestue, og ett bad i 1.etg. I 2.etg har vi fem soverom med 7 senger og plass til 10 personer. Det er 1stk 18ft Hansvik 40hk båter tilgjengelig for leie. Det koster 600kr å leie båten i døgnet. I naustet, som er bare 150m fra huset, er det sløyebenk, vann, strøm, og en fryser.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
