Ein ehemaliges Gasthaus in exponierter Lage mit bester Aussicht am Fuße des Belchens. Bestens geeignet für Yogagruppen, Mountainbiker, Wanderer und Biker, die gerne am Wochenende die Bergstraße nutzen. NICHT verfügbar für Partys. Bei guten Wintersportverhältnissen kann man direkt vom Haus zum Lift fahren und auch wieder von der Piste zum Haus. Der Ort Wieden selber ist fussläufig erreichbar, das Gasthaus Sonnenhang ( ca. 5-8min), hat geöffnet und eine sehr gute Küche. Haustiere nicht erlaubt.

Enjoy a few beautiful days in our cozy studio apartment in chalet style with large sunny south-facing terrace and Netflix. On the terrace is a lounge and a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground garage. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. New kitchen with large ceramic hob and oven. Our apartment ( approx. 50 sqm ) is located at the edge of the small village Geschwend, in the Todtnauer Ferienland. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The accommodation is good for 2-4 people. Couples, single travelers, business travelers and families (with children). it includes a bedroom with a built-in double bed (size 1.60 x 1.85), as well as a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00) in the living area.
