Your views are of local farmlands and our award winning garden (which you are welcome to spend time in). A modern family home. 1 bathroom which is shared and a downstairs toilet. We have a large living room and new kitchen. The room has a double bed, a built in closet and a small set of draws. Our house is occupied by a family of three and a timid Cavapoo dog called Ollie. Ollie is non shedding and clean. He lives downstairs. We are a 7minute drive to the M1 j46. Bus stop into Leeds is 3 minute walk. Cross gates train station is 10 minutes drive. It’s a 15 minute walk to Tesco.
