Right above the pier on exchange place, you will find the greatest view of NYC. There is a dress code, you will not regret it.

Views views views!! If your looking for an upscale dinner spot with incredible views, this is it!! It's downtown JC but in the exchange place location. The lightrail will drop you off right in front!
