Pittsburgh is a VERY Catholic area historically and Saint Anthony captures the spirit of traditional Pittsburgh Catholic communities. I've heard that only the Vatican has more Catholic relics than St. Anthony's.

An amazing place to meditate, regardless of religious beliefs. Saint Anthony Chapel, located on Troy Hill, which overlooks the Allegheny River on Pittsburgh's North Side, is home to the largest collection of Christian relics in the world outside of the Vatican. This Shrine, dedicated to the "Wonder-Worker," St. Anthony of Padua, houses a vast collection of relics and has been designated a Historical Landmark by the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation. saintanthonyschapel.org

Saint Anthony's has one of the largest relic collections in America. It's small and beautiful. And a very thin place.
