Silo #1 @ Medina River- summer Staycation!!

The Silo house is a unique place to stay with amazing Medina River access!!! See pics!! We took an old grain silo and rebuilt it with an additional structure holding a bedroom and bathroom up and downstairs with 20 ft ceilings at the entrance. The silo has a small living room and kitchen downstairs and a loft upstairs. It has loads of charm and can sleep plenty of your family and friends. No kidding--We had a wedding in a hurricane here- thats how cool it is-- come and make your memories!

Close to I-40 (3 miles), yet far enough away that it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Less than 10 minutes from Amarillo where all the amenities of “city life” are available.

In the heart of beautiful downtown Boerne, this newly remodeled two story, two bedroom, 1.5 bath home is less than a 5 minute walk from the shops and dining on Main Street as well as the shaded walking paths along the creek. This property has a large shaded yard and outdoor furniture to enjoy a cold drink, or play a round of corn hole. There is a spacious fully stock kitchen and a compact washer and dryer, making it great for longer stays or for a romantic getaway. Incredible location!

Beautiful apartment located upstairs in Quonset barn with high ceilings, tall windows offering natural light. Large deck with Weber gas grill and seating to enjoy water features and Natural surroundings. It has a contemporary custom kitchen and bath with steam shower. Cozy living area with a queen sleeper and a nice size bedroom. Downstairs offers a large seating area, half bath, and full size washer and dryer. For warm summer nights, enjoy an outdoor shower.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
