This room is in the downtown area of Otaru and is located in the place where you feel the living feeling of Otaru people. Because it is in downtown, there are plenty of eateries and it will not endure for meals. Although there is no parking lot, there is coin parking at least. Depending on the season, it is around 800 yen . There is a large 50 "TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi.USB outlet. Replacement work was done from the hot water tank to the hot water boiler in December 2019.There is no need to worry about hot water.
