Please note, the studio is approx. 22 sqm. The studio has recently been installed with fast speed internet (d/l speed of 40+Mbps), Smart TV with NetFlix access, a DVD player + selection of films to entertain you after a long day at work or sightseeing. Conveniently located across Woolworths Metro Supermarket which is open late (til 12mid) everyday that offers DVD rental and sells alcohol. The studio is carefully designed with a personal touch to create a cosy atmosphere. There is a fully functional built-in kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, portable hot plate, microwave, kettle and all cooking essentials including crockeries and utensils. Spacious newly renovated bathroom, supplied with fresh towels, toiletries such as body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and hairdryer. Queens size bed with a firm and comfortable mattress and fresh linen will ensure a good rest. Extra blanket and softer pillows provided as options (in wardrobe). A large built in wardrobe provides plenty of storage for personal belongings. There is a separate laundry room (on same floor) with coin-operated washing and drying machines (washing liquid & softener provided). Front entrance and lift of building is secured with concierge and 24hr CCTV. Included: High speed WiFi Internet, breakfast (cereal & porridge), snacks, tea and coffee, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, fresh towels and bedding. Please ensure you have read and understood the house rules and house manual as they are useful information for you to know. House manual is only available once reservation is confirmed. * Smoking is prohibited in the apartment & building. Should you wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area located on the ground floor of the building. Smoking in the apartment will incur an automatic penalty of AU$500.00. You will be supplied with a set of keys to the studio apartment (with kitchenette and bathroom) and have access to the premises' common facilities including the lifts, laundry room (located on the same floor), smoking area and outdoor pool. Private apartment provides you the flexibility and convenience to explore and enjoy Sydney at ease. The apartment is in the heart of Potts Point, one of the city's true gems, on Macleay Street, notable for its great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Darlinghurst Road is right down the road, offering countless number of nightclubs, bars and theatres. Walking distance to Sydney's City Centre and Kingscross train station. Great location to explore Sydney's main attractions including Opera house, Harbour bridge, Darling Harbour, Bondi beach and George & Pitt Streets where major retail brands resides. Just a short 15-minute walk to Sydney's CBD and a 7-minute walk to Kings Cross Station. The famous Opera House is only 30mins scroll away. Some of Sydney's major attractions such as Darling harbour, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi beach, Sydney Fish Market, Rushcutters bay, Wooloomooloo Harbourside, Barangaroo Waterfront and Manly are easily accessible. Public transportations (includes trains, buses, light rail and ferries), Taxis, Uber, GoGet and car rentals are readily available in the immediate vicinity. I highly recommend grabbing an Opal card for all Sydney Public Transportations as it will save you time and money (pick up at any train station counter or kiosk with the opal flag, free of charge just requires minimum $10 top up). ** Please note, parking is NOT provided, and I do not recommend renting a car as Sydney central is limited and parking fees are absurdly high. However, if you require parking, there is paid street parking as well as paid parking near by, from AU$50 per day (both options subject to availability) which you will need to arrange yourself. There are limited free street - parking available after 10pm and before 8am. I highly recommend using public trains/buses/ferry to get around, however, Uber/ Taxify, taxis and GoGet are other options (for Uber use promo: uberTinan37 for first timers and save $5 or for Taxify: HX47Q and you can save $10 on your first ride). You will be required to download the app and register first. *** Please book under your own Airbnb account - will not accept reservations on behalf of others.*** * Smoking is prohibited in the apartment & building. Should you wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area located on the ground floor of the building. Smoking in the apartment will incur an automatic penalty of AU$500.00 * Please note, there is no luggage storage on premises. * Please ensure you take the keys before leaving the apartment, lockouts will cause a lot of inconvenience as well as an additional fee charged to have the locksmith come to open the door. Lost or damage keys will incur a fee of AU$120.00 to replace. *I also can provide a mobile broadband during your time in Sydney, at an additional one-off fee of AU$25.00 (24hrs notice required and paid in advance). *I can arrange a shuttle bus to the airport for you to be picked up in front of the lobby for AU$20.00 per person between 5am - 7.30pm. The journey to the airport is approx. 45mins. Full payment and departure flight details must be provided at least 48 hours in advance prior to pick up.

(Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and due to potential COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) It's a sunny spacious studio (42m2 -450 fq ft) with a courtyard with views out across to the park. The unit has a washing machine as well as a full kitchen. Also has AC and heating. There is a Huge Smart TV, a BOSE sound dock and Nespresso Machine. It's light bright and in a fantastic location the whole space is rented solely to the tenant, Our office is down the street and I live about 5 minutes drive away if there are any problems. You will receive A light tidy and linen change if you stay over 7 days. we are available via phone and can assist as we have a contact who lives in another unit within the building and can assist with onsite questions. North Sydney is a wonderful part of the city. The apartment sits across from a large park and boasts access to restaurants, cafes, public transport, and a farmers market every second Sunday, all just moments from the apartment. The train station (north sydney) is 10 minutes walk but do note it is uphill, we suggest if you are not driving then the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk down the road. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.
