Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly away from the house and in winter with snow, a cross-country ski run is also groomed. The cozy 1-room apartment was newly renovated in 2022 in modern alpine style. It is about 25 square meters has a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.
