Located in the heart of NW Bend in the middle of it all! A short walk to great restaurants + pubs, the river, Amphitheater, Downtown, 3 Parks, The Old Mill -but on a nice quiet street. Well worth the price, it sleeps a comfortable 4 and a cozy 6 with a comfty Queen bed in one room, and pine bunk bed in other room (full bed on bottom and top with cozy mattresses). Large enclosed yard for the pets and patio with Hot tub! The home is well stocked, tastefully furnished with high quality bedding.

Enjoy our convenient Downtown location! Just a short walk to Downtown Bend, the Old Mill District, and the popular Box Factory shops/restaurants. This recently updated house has a modern vibe with ample parking and cozy beds (1 King and 2 Queens). It has fast Wi-Fi & a desk in the master bedroom for those working remotely. Great home to come and enjoy beautiful Sunriver. Located on the northern side of town and close to Benham Falls Trail, the river, Woodlands Golf Course and 20 minutes from Bend. You can easily drive or bike to the SHARC, Village or horse stables. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a private hot tub! Great space to visit with friends and family out on the deck or in the open living room. *** NO SHARC PASSES*** We allow dogs ONLY but have a 2 dog limit. There is a $50 pet fee.

We're thoughtfully stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, seasoning), Smart TVs with cable, coffee, and tea. All rooms have top-rated memory foam mattresses. Washer/Dryer in home. Towels, linens, shampoo, soap all provided. Fire pit and Gas Grill in fenced in back yard. Cleaned by a professional cleaning service after each stay. Parking limited to 5 cars.

Modern Home Near Ft Rock- 8 Daily Use SHARC passes

Our neighbor is about to break ground on building their new home. Please expect some construction noise during this time. Located near Fort Rock Park, our home is well appointed with all of the comforts you could hope for and more. The kitchen is a chef's dream with quality knives, pans, etc. The great room is perfect for entertaining or just curling up by the fire with a good book. In the garage you will find a ping pong, foosball table & 5 bikes. Towels and linens provided.

Brand new everything! Exotic wood accents, exquisite granite, and furnished to the nines. King Tempurpedic gel bed in one bedroom and and a Queen Tempurpedic gel bed in the other. Fully equipped 'cooks kitchen' opens to living room with a 42' flat screen TV. Free WiFi, air conditioning, and outdoor covered dining. BBQ, bikes and such a cool place to relax. Close to breweries, skiing, shopping, downtown activities and the Old Mill activities. Fenced yard safe for dogs and kids.

Newly remodeled, spring 2020! Our beautiful 1900 sq. ft. Home, is the perfect spot for your vacation. Our kitchen has every gadget, and upscale appliances to create gourmet meals. King master upstairs, and 2 queen bedrooms down, share a bathroom. We have bikes and ping pong and TV in the garage. A Weber BBQ on the deck, with a sparkling, bubbling hot tub. Decks face both east and west, so morning sun, and evening sunsets. Dog friendly! (2 dog limit)
