Studio suite with a private entrance. The house is newly built, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Mission BC. Great location; short distance to UFV, public transit and shops such as 24/7 convenience store, pharmacy, liquor store, fast food etc. The suite; includes a queen size bed, full bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Note; there is young children living upstairs but we've added sound dampening strips to the doors to reduce extra noise.
