The cottage is unspoilt with great sea views near the southern idyll Holmesund. Guests must have their own bedding (pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets) and towels, and clean the cabin on departure. The cottage has a large terrace, WC, shower, micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Trampoline. 70 meters to park place. 350 meters to bathing place in Holmesund. 25 minutes to Arendal. 1 hour to Kristiansand. 3 hours to Oslo. I bought the cabin in 2018. Want to rent to guests who are careful and take good care of the cabin

Sun from morning to 21.30 in the middle of summer. Warm and lovely after this. Lunch plate on one side and terrace of 21 m2 on the other side. 40 min. to Arendal
