You’ll love my place because of the brand new furnishings and its next to all the hot spots in South Bend!!! Great for tailgating and all campus events! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, small groups up to 6 people, and business travelers.

Quiet home in wooded area minutes from Notre Dame

There are three bedrooms available. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a full & twin bed, the third bedroom has a full bed. Both of these bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a half bath on the first floor. We live on the premises and also provide breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Notre Dame & the Indiana Toll Road exits and 30 minutes from Andrews University. Check for room availability, some rooms are available on reserved dates.

Clean, cozy, peaceful 4 BR home - 5min drive to ND

Our first priority is cleanliness & we are willing to implement any additional cleaning guidelines you may have. My husband and I️ love the location of our home - it is located near tennis & basketball courts, a soccer & baseball field, and playgrounds for children. We often walk to ND (~30min). We often say that our home is “5min from everything” - all the best restaurants, grocery stores, and Notre Dame. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to make accommodations!
