'La Verdecita' is approximately 500 years old and has very peaceful and calm atmosphere as well as classic structure and proportions. Wide, solid 'muros' and a central patio are typical of the homes built in this barrio during the Middle Ages. GROUND FLOOR Open plan living space. Central patio dining area. Large sitting room / tv room with wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen. Rest room / toilet. Bedroom 'Susana' with double bed (135cm x 190cm) and en suite shower room. Private patio with wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. FIRST FLOOR Principal bedroom 'Reyes', king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom. Double bedroom 'Maria' with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room. Double bedroom 'Rocio' with king size bed (150cm x 200cm). Double bedroom 'Esperanza' with two single beds (90cm x 200cm). Double shower room. ROOF TERRACE Chill out area Bar, fridge and dishwasher. Outside shower. The house has full air con / heating and wifi through out. We have spent the past year working on the restoration of the building. We have tried to respect the heritage and conserve the soul of this historic and unique house. We have sourced appropriate materials, commissioned furniture and put our heart and soul into creating a comfortable home from home. We have searched for special pieces of furniture, mixing antique and modern pieces. There are comfy beds, crispy cotton sheets and plenty of fluffy towels. La Verdecita is perfectly appointed and positioned to discover and explore all the magic that Seville had to offer with your friends and family. The ground floor is centred around the patio which creates a light, airy and generous space. There is a huge dining table, perfect for a large dinner or a slow and lazy breakfast. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious with enough sofa space for everyone to relax. There is also a smart TV, a DVD player and a wood burning stove. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an extra large Smeg oven, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a big celebratory meal. There is a utility area with washing machine. The 'Susana' double bedroom is just off the covered courtyard. This cool and comfortable room has the original high wooden, beamed ceilings as well as tiled and panelled walls. There is a double bed with an en suite shower room. The private downstairs patio houses the wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. There is also a handy, separate toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor has four bedrooms. 'Reyes'. The principal bedroom, king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom (copper bath tub, hand held shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This bedroom has a huge, ancient antique door as a headboard and two floor to ceiling windows leading onto juliet balconies that look onto Calle Verde. Original double doors lead through to the spacious bathroom with an exposed brick wall, soft lighting and a deep, luxurious copper bath tub. The 'Maria' bedroom with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room (shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This airy bedroom has a high ceiling and original wooden beams. Both the bedroom and adjoining shower room are decorated with handmade tiles in soft, subtle colours. It is a particularly quiet and peaceful room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The 'Esperanza' bedroom, two single beds (90cm x 200cm). This cosy and welcoming room has antique shutters on the wall, and a floor to ceiling double window leading to a balcony with a view over Calle Verde. The 'Rocio' bedroom, king size bed (150m x 200cm). This calm, lovely and simple room has original exposed bricks, ceiling and beams as well as a very beautiful armoire! The shared shower room. A huge walk in double shower with two generous brass showers. Toilet, bidet and basin. Stairs leading to the roof terrace. The roof terrace is great for relaxing. There is ample seating, a shaded area, an out door shower and a little bar area with a sink, fridge and dishwasher, perfect for preparing refreshments! Come and fall in love with Seville! (VFT/SE/02697) The entire house is yours to enjoy! Although I am not in Sevilla full time I am always easy to reach by phone / text or email. I work with my good friends and family - if I am not able to meet you in person then one of them will! The house is located on one of the prettiest and most evocative streets in La Juderia. Covered with scented jasmine, Calle Verde is a short stroll from tapas bars and La Carboneria for flamenco, and just moments from La Giralda and The Real Alcazar. You won't need public transport! The house is super-central and everything is easily accesible on foot. If you do need a bus there is a stop a five minute walk away. One of the main bus stations is a ten minute walk. There is a taxi rank two minutes away.

El propósito final no es otro que los huéspedes tengan un recuerdo imborrable de su estancia. Toda la decoración ha sido muy estudiada, para que sea un lugar verdaderamente privilegiado, donde he dado cabida a parte de mis viajes, pues se han colgado cuadros traídos de Bali, tapices y telas de Camboya, y todo ello mezclado con muebles y objetos que he ido adquiriendo durante años de diferentes lugares y sitios, dando lugar a una mezcla muy especial, en un ambiente único y que le da un magnetismo exclusivo al lugar. Concretamente se trata de un apartamento, situado en la localidad de Marbella, en la exclusiva zona denominada Golden Mile, cercana a alojamientos tan exclusivos como el hotel Puente Romano y el Hotel Marbella Club. El apartamento, de un dormitorio, cuenta con capacidad para cuatro personas, una cama principal en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón, esta conceptuado o bien para una pareja o para una pareja con uno o dos niños,que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, en una zona residencial y exclusiva, cercana a todas las áreas de interés de la localidad de Marbella, cuenta con una terraza de 44 metros cuadrados con vistas a la iconica y emblemática montaña de Marbella "La Concha". Si vienes a Barcelona buscando fiesta, por favor, no elijas este apartamento. Apartamento de 110 m2 para familias, parejas, viajeros de negocios, etc .... que sean tranquilos y respetuosos. Apartamento privado situado en una avenida céntrica y segura. WIFI gratis, ascensor y terraza de 10am a 10pm. Aire acondicionado. Muy bien comunicado por metro y bus. A 15 minutos andando de las principales zonas a visitar: Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Born, Sagrada Familia, ... y zonas de shoping.
