Welcome to enjoy! A 30 square meter cottage and a cosy wood-heated lakeside sauna by Lake Saimaa are located in the courtyard. A small sandy beach. A terrace covered with a cottage and sauna, where you can enjoy the lake scenery. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a stove and extensive cooking equipment. A microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle are included, as well as a fridge-freezer. On the terrace of the sauna there is a gas grill. The hot tub can be rented at 80e/evening, not in winter.

You'll have access to a 78-square-foot house with two bedrooms and an electrified barn with two special sleeping areas. A total of 8 sleeping places. The cottage has a perfectly equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, air source heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna, you'll take a dip in a lake with a sandy bottom that gets slightly deeper. Great way to get there and in the surroundings good for outdoor, mushroom picking, and berry picking. BBQ canopy, 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, and a rowing boat also available to you.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Practical and stylish new equivalent studio near LUT University. The 30 square meters downstairs offer a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a new smart TV, a bathroom with a washer, and a private sauna. The sleeping area is located in an 11-square-foot loft and has two 90cm new beds. The apartment is best suited for two guests, but if necessary, 2 air mattresses allow for up to four people.
